Eligible for Refund

The API key does not work within 24 hours of delivery
You were charged but did not receive an API key
Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service

Not Eligible for Refund

Credits that have already been consumed (used API calls)
Purchases older than 7 days
Refund requests due to change of mind after API key has been delivered and used
Issues caused by incorrect setup on the customer's side

Your order details or payment transaction ID
The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.
