By purchasing or using SparkAPI services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SparkAPI provides pay-as-you-go API credits that allow developers to access large language model APIs including Claude. Credits are prepaid and consumed as API calls are made.

3. Account and API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your API key with others. You are responsible for all usage made with your API key.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SparkAPI to generate illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Abuse may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Credits and Payments

All purchases are final. Credits are non-transferable. Credits do not expire. Prices are denominated in USD and paid in USDT or via supported payment processors.

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

SparkAPI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
